connection with our Services, including to personalize, provide, and

Kashvisor may aggregate or anonymize your usage data to
calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Service
feature. However, if Kashvisor combines or connects Aggregated
Data with your personal information so that it can directly or
indirectly identify you, Kashvisor treats the combined data as
personal information which will be used in accordance with this

We may also receive information from your financial institution
when you synchronize such account from your financial
institution with your Kashvisor account for the purpose of
making use of the services that we offer.
Please note that you can choose not to provide us with certain
information, but this may limit the features of the Services you
can use.

Through the use of a third-party payment processor, certain
financial information used by you for payment transactions on
our Services may be collected. Payment amount, date and time
of the transaction, payment instrument expiration date and
billing postcode, user’s address and other details related to
the transaction may be collected as well.

By connecting the Services with your financial institution, we
may collect certain financial information based on your
financial activities on your financial institution such as
your identifiers,income, expenses, assets and liabilities
through the use of a third-party service provider such as
Plaid Inc.(Plaid). By utilizing the Service, you authorize
Kashvisor and Plaid to access and transmit your personal and
financial information from your pertinent financial
institution. You consent to the transfer, storage and
processing of your personal and financial information by Plaid
in accordance with
Plaid end-user privacy policy.

Some embedded content on the Service may be served by
third-party service providers. Please note that these companies

data about you, both on the Kashvisor Services and throughout

communicate with you, offer you a better service, and protect our
users and us. When you interact with or make use of the Kashvisor

to generate insights. These models do not receive personally

obtained fromyour Financial institution. Kashvisor uses Plaid Inc.
(“Plaid”) to gather your data from financialinstitutions. By using
the Service, you grant Kashvisor and Plaid the right, power, and
authority toact on your behalf to access and transmit your
personal and financial information from yourrelevant financial
institution. You agree to your personal and financial information
beingtransferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance
with the Plaid end user privacy

for as long as you are a user of the Kashvisor Service.
If you request, we will delete or anonymize your personal
information so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are
legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal

as such, Kashvisor takes precautions to protect your information. We

ensure the integrity and security of the Personal Information we
hold. When you submit sensitive information via the Service, your
information is protected. Any payment transactions will be encrypted
using SSL technology. Where you have chosen a password which enables
you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for
keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a
password with anyone.

Kashvisor's Services are not directed to and do not knowingly
collect personally identifiable information from children under the
age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has
been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen
(13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that
such information is deleted from our system's database.
11. Your choices; unsubscribe or opt-out
Account information: You may update certain information you
provide to us (such as your password, name, and e-mail address) by
logging into your Kashvisor account or contacting us through our

Also, if you decide to delete your Kashvisor account, please contact

but note that we may retain certain information where required or
permitted by law. We may also retain cached or archived copies of
certain information about you and your usage of the Services for a
certain period of time.
Mobile push alerts/notifications:
With your consent, we may send important and other push alerts to
your mobile device. However, you have the option to deactivate such
notifications at any time by updating your notification setting on
your device.
Marketing e-mails:
If you have subscribed to our e-mail and electronic newsletter
communications, you will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe
from future communications. You will also have the opportunity to
"opt-out" of commercial e-mail from the applicable Kashvisor Service
by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you
receive or by contacting us directly. Kashvisor will continue to
adhere to this Policy with respect to any personal information
